The Rowland's come to visit

We were able to have a visit from Ben's parents, his sister Mary and her two kids, Isaac and Tessa. They were here for four days and it was definitely interesting to fit that many people in to our house. We weren't able to do much because it was cold....then it was rainy....we had a nice day on Monday, then it snowed on Tuesday. Interesting weather all around. But on Monday we bundled up and took the kids to the beach and took them to the overpass on Lejeune Blvd. so they could see the cars driving under them. They got a kick out of it. It's one of Jake and Tommy's favorite things to do. We did play-doh, colored, watched plenty of movies, and on Wednesday the boys went out and played in the snow, something they never get to do, in fact it was Tommy's first snow and he loved it. Even when he went down the slide that was covered and got snow up his pants...didn't seem to phase him. We are glad that family came down and look forward to seeing them again soon.
